Returns Policy

How to process your return:

Please note returns will not be authorised without prior consent via email from the Customer Care Team. Any unauthorised returns will be sent back to the customer at their own expense.
Please send all Customer enquiries to along with your order number. The Customer Care Team will endeavour to respond to your enquiry within 2-3 business days.
Please note that in accordance with our policy, customers are responsible for covering the costs of return shipping for any purchased items. Please contact our customer service team if you have any further queries. 
For your item to be eligible for a return, please follow the below:
  1. Items must be unworn, in original condition and include the original box and packaging.
  2. Item(s) must be returned within 21 days of delivery date. For International returns, the item(s) must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  3. The customer service team has been contacted prior to returning your item and has approved your return.

Conditions of Returns and Exchanges: 


Full-priced items are eligible for a full refund, exchange or store credit. This includes full-priced items with First Purchase and Birthday discount codes applied. Full-priced items purchased during a flash sale are only eligible for a store credit or exchange, unless deemed faulty by our team.


All discounted items are eligible for a credit note or exchange only. This includes full priced items which have been purchased during a flash sale. We are not able to provide a refund for these products.

Please note: customers can redeem credit notes in store and online. If an item is exchanged, we will cover the cost of shipping the item back to you. 


All items priced under $90 are deemed as “Final Sale”. There are no returns or exchanges accepted unless the item is deemed faulty. No returns or exchanges can be accepted for incorrect size.


For returns on purchases paid for using BNPL providers such as Afterpay or Zip, the usual Skin Footwear return policy applies and, if eligible, the refund will be reflected in your payment schedule with the BNPL provider.


All returns and exchanges are to be managed in the currency of the original purchase.

For International Orders (outside of Australia), please contact our customer service team at to process your return.


It's Important to Note:

Credit note expiry

All credit notes issued will expire within one year from the date of issuance, and they are redeemable both online and in-store. Please be sure to utilise your credit note before its expiration date. Credit notes will automatically be rejected online after the one-year period. 

Gift card expiry

All gift cards issued will expire within three years from the date of issuance, and they are also redeemable both online and in-store. Gift cards will not be valid after the three-year period.

AfterPay, ZipPay & Paypal Purchases

If you're returning your item for refund, online or in-store, it may take up to 7 days for your refund to appear in your account dependent on payment method and financial institution.

Concession Stores (The Iconic and The Dom)

All Skin Footwear purchases made online at The Iconic fall under The Iconic’s returns and exchange policy and returns must be processed through their online portal.

All Skin Footwear purchases made online at The Dom will fall under Skin Footwear’s return policy, however all returns must still be processed through The Dom’s online portal.

Skin Footwear cannot accept returns of products purchased online at The Iconic or The Dom and The Iconic and The Dom cannot accept returns of products purchased from Skin Footwear retail stores or online. This includes gift vouchers, e-vouchers and credit notes.
