Standard & Express delivery is available for orders to Australia & New Zealand.


Rest of world - Standard delivery only.

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email followed by a dispatch email detailing your tracking information.


Orders placed before 1pm AEST are dispatched same business day. Orders placed after 1pm AEST will be dispatched following business day.


Please expect dispatch delays during sale periods.


Express services come into effect once order is dispatched. Please allow 1-2 business days for orders to be dispatched during collection launch and holiday periods.

Shipping Outside of Australia

New Zealand Standard Delivery

New Zealand Express Delivery

  • 3-7 business days Nation-wide

United States, Canada and Asia Standard Delivery

  • 5-9 business days

United Kingdom and Ireland Standard Delivery

  • 5-7 business days

Pacific Islands Standard Delivery

  • 7-13 business days

Rest of World Standard Delivery

  • 7-14 business days

  • Full-priced items are eligible for a full refund, exchange, or store credit.
  • Sale Items are eligible for a credit note or exchange only.
  • Final Sale Items are any product priced at $90 or under and are not eligible for a return, exchange, or store credit.


For your item to be eligible for a return or exchange, please follow the below:

  1. Items must be unworn, in original condition and include the original box and packaging.
  2. Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of delivery date. For International returns, the item(s) must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  3. The customer service team has been contacted prior to returning your item and has approved your return.

Please include your order number, item/s you would like to return and the reason for return in the body of the email.

We are unable to edit your order once it has been placed. If you need to amend the shipping address or cancel the order, please contact us within 2 hours of order placement to ensure this is rectified. Once dispatched, the shipping address cannot be mended nor order cancelled.
